马来西亚移民局 - 亚太平洋商务旅游卡申请条件

* 申请者必须是商会的永久会员 * 申请公司必须是SDN BHD * 申请者必须是公司董事（公司总经理/市场经理/ 销售经理在附上雇佣证明信的情况下亦可提出申请）。 * 1份申请文件原件（亲自递交/快递） * 1份电子版申请文件（发送至info@jbccci.org.my） * 中总提供的服务范围涵盖向移民厅提呈申请表格及获取参考编号（Reference Number），申请者一旦取获参考编号（经由电邮通知），须不时自行上网查询移民厅的审查进度。 * 经由中总完成审核程序并已呈交移民厅的申请表格，若有关申请遭移厅退回或拒绝，中总与柔中总将不退还有关费用。

* 须列印旅行记录（三年内至少五次）

6. 商业注册局报告（SSM Report - Corporate Information）

7. 身份证副本

8. 一张彩色护照尺寸有领照片（蓝色背景）

9. 旧APEC会员卡副本（更新申请）

10. 公司简介

11. 职位描述

12. 公司组织结构图

13. 雇佣证明信（适用于公司总经理/市场经理/销售经理）

14. 申请者须附上二张支票：

  14A. RM185 ：支票抬头请志：The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce And Industry of Malaysia
  14B. RM300 ：支票抬头请志：Johor Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce And Industry


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APEC BUSINESS TRAVEL CARD (ABTC) APPLICATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

* Applicant must be Life member of JBCCCI
* Only SDN BHD is eligible to apply
* The applicant must be a company director. Besides that, only company’s GENERAL MANAGER, SALES or MARKETING MANAGER is eligible for application (Employment Letter given by the company is needed).
* 1 Original Application Document （By Hand/Courier ）
* 1 Soft Copy Application Document (Email to info@jbccci.org.my)
* The scope of services provided by JACCCI covering the submission of application forms to the Immigration Department and obtaining the reference number. Once the applicants have obtained the reference number (notified by email), they must check the progress of the Immigration Department online by time to time.
* For those eligible applications that have been duly checked by ACCCIM and submitted to the Immigration Department, in the event that such application being rejected by Immigration Department, fee paid is NOT refundable.

  * Print out travel record (At least 5 times within 3 years)

6. SSM report - Corporate Information

7. Identity Card copy

8. A colour passport size photo with collar shirt (blue background)

9. Old APEC card copy (for re-apply)

10. Company Profile

11. Job Description

12. Company Organization Chart

13. Letter of Employment (for non-Director in SSM)

14. Every applicant shall remit:

  14 a. To ACCCIM a cheque of RM185.00, payable to: The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia

  14 b. To JACCCI a cheque of RM300.00, payable to: Johor Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce And Industry

* Please indicate applicant’s name and company name at the back of the cheque.
